Partner network
We work with carefully selected hotels, hotel groups, convention bureaux, convention centres and trusted local partners to deliver international conferences and congresses worldwide.
Global opportunities. Local partnerships. Shared success.
We do not build large local offices. We build trusted local partnerships, and we invest in local knowledge where it creates the greatest value for our clients.
Properties able to hold meaningful congress blocks and work to realistic commercial terms.
Group-level agreements across multiple destinations, with consistent terms and one commercial contact.
Destination partners supporting association bids, subvention discussions and city-wide inventory.
Venues hosting scientific and medical programmes, exhibitions and multi-stream congresses.
Long-term destination relationships that begin years before a bid is submitted.
Ground operators and local congress specialists with knowledge that cannot be arranged remotely.
Registration technology, AV and production, interpretation and specialist services.
Access to congress, conference and housing programmes from associations, corporations and institutions across our markets.
Destination and venue conversations often begin years before an RFP exists. Partners are part of them from the start.
We value long-term relationships with hotels, convention bureaus, destinations and trusted suppliers, not one-off transactions.
Clear specifications, one question set, one deadline, and a decision you receive either way. No open-ended bidding.
International programmes delivered in your market by you, with international project leadership from our side.
Joint work on destination bids where a congress can realistically be won for your city.
Every congress is led by our international team and delivered with specialists selected for that destination. Partners are chosen deliberately, briefed properly and kept across editions where the work is good.

Partner submissions are handled separately from client and RFP enquiries.
